Poster Guidelines
- Posters will be presented on poster boards during the poster session.
- Poster boards and pins will be provided.
- Poster numbers are the same with the submission numbers in the CMT. Posters should be hung before the poster session. Presenters are asked to be around their posters for their assigned sessions.
- Recommended poster dimensions: TBA.
- Presenters must remove their posters at the end of the poster session.
- Please indicate all authors' names and affiliations clearly on the posters and include profile photos if possible. Do not put too much text on the posters, as there may not be enough time to read everything (all text should be readable within 2-3 minutes max). If the poster is linked to a published paper, provide a QR code to link the paper for the interested attendees. Use large fonts, to ensure the poster text can be read from 1-2 meters distance.
